If you are interested in a vendor space at our Ponder Polar Express Event on Saturday Dec.3rd from 2:00-5:30pm please contact our office for approval by calling (940) 488-1041. Spaces are $15. Once approved you can either download our pdf form and return it to our church, or fill out the online form below and make your payment directly to the church or through our online payment system.

  • THIS EVENT WILL BE ON SATURDAY, DECEMBER 3RD AT THE PONDER PARK AND IS PUT ON BY CHRISTIAN FAITH FELLOWSHIP.
  • ACTUAL TIME OF THE EVENT FOR VENDORS WILL BE FROM 2:00 - 5:30 PM. YOU CAN BEGIN TO SETUP AS EARLY AS 12:00 PM.
  • COST FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL VENDOR SPACE IS $15. CHECKS ARE MADE PAYABLE TO — CHRISTIAN FAITH FELLOWSHIP OR YOU CAN PAY ONLINE BY CLICKING THE LINK ABOVE — SELECT POLAR EXPRESS VENDOR.
  • THERE IS NO POWER PROVIDED FOR VENDOR SPACES.
  • EACH VENDOR IS RESPONSIBLE TO PROVIDE THEIR OWN BOOTH / POPUPS, TABLES, ETC.
  • VENDORS MUST CHECK IN WHEN ARRIVING TO BE DIRECTED TO THEIR VENDOR SPACE.
  • THIS VENDOR AGREEMENT DOES NOT ALLOW FOR FOOD VENDORS SELLING NON-PACKAGED FOOD ITEMS SUCH AS, HAMBURGERS, HOT DOGS, SANDWICHES, POPCORN, CANDY, ETC, AS SOLD BY OUR LOCAL FOOD VENDORS.

VENDOR INFORMATION

WAIVER: Christian Faith Fellowship reserves the right to refuse any vendor application. The vendor shall defend, save, and hold harmless Christian Faith Fellowship, their respective officers, agents, board members, staff, volunteers, sponsors and assigns from any claims, damages, losses, liability, or expense which may arise, and shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage due to fire, accident, theft, weather, vandalism, or any sponsoring agents. Exhibitors must make provisions for safeguarding of their goods. Exhibitor assumes full liability for protection, care and maintenance of his/her property. Any vendor not holding valid liability insurance exhibits at their own risk and assumes all liability.
